These are the current MarketStudioPro terms. Creating an account requires you to accept them. WhatsApp alerts stay a separate choice in Settings.

Accepting these terms
Creating an account requires you to check that you agree to these terms. Starting Plus, Pro, or Ultra checkout requires you to check again for that plan. MarketStudioPro does not tick the box for you. WhatsApp alerts stay a separate choice in Settings.
Plans
Free starts with one category area and the search URLs you paste. Extra areas can be unlocked with a one-time card payment. Prices vary by niche; seasonal clothing can be discounted. Plus is £6 per month for automatic deal discovery on unlocked areas, and includes one extra area. Pro is £20 for the first month, then £49.99 per month. Pro unlocks every category area, custom areas, and includes Plus. Ultra: £69.99 first month, then £99.99/mo — every Free, Plus, and Pro benefit, no MarketStudioPro purchase fee on eligible buys, exclusive community access, exclusive updates, and more personalised support. eBay, Vinted, CeX, postage, and taxes are unchanged. Checkout only starts when Ultra billing is configured for £69.99 first month, then £99.99/mo. Stripe shows the charge before you pay. If Ultra billing is not configured, checkout does not start and nothing is charged.
Billing, pause, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed by Stripe. Pausing Plus in Settings turns off discovery. It does not by itself cancel the Stripe subscription. Cancelling a paid subscription is done in Stripe or by asking a MarketStudioPro admin. A cancelled checkout before payment does not activate the plan.
MarketStudioPro purchase fee
When a fee applies, MarketStudioPro may charge a percentage of the marketplace asking price to the card saved for MarketStudioPro billing. The default for a new account is 5%. The item price is paid on Vinted or eBay through your marketplace session. eBay fees, Vinted fees, CeX prices, postage, and taxes are not the MarketStudioPro fee and are not waived by Ultra. Spend caps count marketplace spend, not the MarketStudioPro fee. No card is required for a purchase that would not charge that fee, including an active Ultra purchase.
Ultra Discord
An active Ultra subscription can become eligible for an exclusive Discord community after the account has held that eligible subscription for 3 months, counted from when Ultra first became active on the account. Discord is not available immediately, and it is not offered while Ultra is not active. No invite is shown until both that wait has passed and MarketStudioPro has configured an invite. The invite is not a public link for other people. Do not post passwords, marketplace cookies, access tokens, or other secrets in that community. What a later cancellation and a new subscription do to that start date is not decided, and these terms do not promise that the wait restarts or continues.
Buying on eBay and Vinted
MarketStudioPro can help you buy when your rules, caps, and checks pass. Live purchases need Live mode and a connected eBay or Vinted session. You need saved delivery details before a purchase starts. If a MarketStudioPro fee applies, you also need a valid card on file. If either of those is missing, the purchase does not start and you are not sent into marketplace checkout. A listing that is waiting on the marketplace is not Bought until that marketplace confirms it. Opening setup, or coming back to the listing, does not place the order. You are responsible for your marketplace accounts and their terms. Listings, prices, and those services can change or fail.
Estimates and AI
Deal scores, profit figures, CeX cash, grades, photo checks, and authenticity signals are information to help you decide. They are not a guarantee of profit, authenticity, condition, listing availability, or a completed purchase.
Your responsibilities
Keep your sign-in, delivery details, and payment method accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not misuse the service, other people's marketplace accounts, or payment details.
Not decided yet
This product does not define a refund, cooling-off, or partial-month credit rule. Asking an admin is not a promise that a charge will be refunded. Service changes, downtime, and account closure are not covered by a service-level promise. These terms are the product rules in the app. They are not a lawyer's review.
